Kaylet Initiative is a grass roots organisation committed to seeing God’s love and grace change the lives of young women.
We are all about being vehicles of grace. 'Kalyet' means grace. Grace is our goal!
We have many varied ideas about the ways that we can work with teenage girls of Bukwo and we need your support to make these ideas a reality. Many of the young girls needs are everyday items, which you and your family members may take for granted, but for these girls they are hard to come by. Since the beginning of 2020 we have been funding the work through our own small donations but with more financial support we can make a greater difference in more lives!
With the help of people like yourself, as well as churches, clubs, schools & businesses, we can increase the help that Kalyet is able to bring to these beautiful young women.

Personal care & good hygiene are intrinsically linked to dignity, self-esteem & self-confidence. That's why we have recently provided the girls with underwear & personal care items. Extending God’s Grace to the young women of Bukwo can change their lives.
And, we all know the importance that education makes, especially in places of poverty. That's why, out of the 20 girls that belong to the Kalyet community, most are in a senior boarding school. This is quite expensive and really stretches out financial resources. So, any help you can give will be much appreciated.
